QUOTE OF THE DAY : I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use. - Galileo Galilei

SONG OF THE DAY : Hot Hot Heat - Talk to me, Dance with me

LINK OF THE DAY : The Future is Now. SIN Productions

The expense of spirit in a waste of shame
Is lust in action; and till action, lust
Is perjured, murderous, bloody, full of blame,
Savage, extreme, rude, cruel, not to trust,
Enjoy'd no sooner but despised straight.

WILL : THE NEW ADVENTURES

In a time when "Where's my dinner bitch?" was an acceptable question.

You know when classic television series like Seinfeld or The Simpsons do clip shows? These montage shows are usually a poor excuse for an episode, and tend to be the result of writer's laziness and/or block. Bastards. Resting on the laurels of those that came before. For shame.

But you'll never see that here. No, I'm a bottomless melting pot of ideas. Each blog more exciting than the one that preceded it. Yes, it's a golden age for RoninKengo's House of Pain, one that shall never end.

So what to talk about today? How about my European escapades? No, that's been overplayed here. What about my qualms with religion? No, Jesus gets too much air time on this site. Why extreme left wing and right wing people are stupid? No... too self evident. The current geo-political climate? No... you shouldn't need me to point out how fucked the world is at the moment. Ummm.... The lack of originality in Hollywood? HOLLYWOOD? Start worrying about the lack of originality on this site dude!

I have nothing to say right now. Tragic irony or poetic justice, you tell me.

I'll just wing it.

I'm going to Ottawa this weekend. Visiting a friend from Halifax who's doing an engineering co-op there right now. I really like Ottawa, it has a small town charm and at the same time a dignity and culture that make it worthy of the title : Capital of Canada. I anticipate good times.

A friend of mine has started a new website. Based off of his popular internet radio show. Let's call him Craig M. No too obvious... C. Macrae, or Jedi316 or Lunatic_RED or whatever crazy internet alias you know him by. The point is... he made this site. I hope to eventually be involved with it, in terms of movie and game reviews, I believe I can help him out. We've got big plans for the 2004 Toronto Film Fest. Oh you'll see, just you wait. Think the site has to be toned down a bit though, there is such a thing as too many boobies.

Now I have nothing to say. I actually tried to think about something more to write... but nothing came to mind. I smell a clips show... in blog form.

A Darwin Award Winner.

Zoned Out.
