Well thanks to the overwhelming number of hits, I used up all my image host bandwidth. Either I find a new one, or wait until March 1st for Rogers to reactivate this account. Doh.

Journeyed to Blue Mountain today, just north of the shining jewel that is Barrie. Awesome day of skiing, extremely windy and bitingly cold. Everything was going fine until late in the day.

Took a slight tumble on a double diamond run. Hit a nice patch of ice, slid into a rut, skis crossed and down I went.
Probably the most painful fall I've had on skis in my life. Flipped, lost both skis, and slid about 30 feet.

Winded, I looked up to see Evan staring back at me mouth wide open.

"Owww." I said.

Everything seemed intact, my hand kind of hurt though.

Turns out I horribly twisted my thumb somehow, resulting in a sprain and much discomfort. Who knew not being able to bend your thumb without excruciating pain would effect your skiing so much. I only lasted a few more runs and had to call it quits thanks to Mr. Thumb.

I typed this post with only 9 fingers. Impressed? ... I'm very proud of myself.
