QUOTE OF THE DAY : "Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it."

SONG OF THE DAY : The Beatles - While My Guitar Gently Weeps

LINK OF THE DAY : Hilarity To the Nth Power

These late eclipses in the sun
and moon portend no good to us.

Whaaa?
A corrupt Washington fat-cat by any other name is still a corrupt Washington fat-cat.

I really don't want this guy to be the next president of the most powerful country in the world. I mean he's married to the Heinz Ketchup heiress. That means that every time the First Lady of the US appears on TV she'll be plugging Heinz ketchup... or catsup.

Now personally, if I were American... I would vote for Wes Clark. He has the kind of experience needed to lead a country in war time. As a 4 Star General and former Supreme Allied Commander of NATO Western Europe this man knows what he's talking about when it comes to national security and foriegn policy.

Unlike Bush. We all know what he's done with US foriegn policy and national security. Let's take away our citizens rights, and say fuck off to everyone who thinks what we're doing is wrong. And as for military experience, well as the son of a Texas oil baron, he'd be damned if he was going to get killed in 'Nam, so he enrolled in the Texas Air National Guard for 6 years. Though he was mysteriously AWOL for 3 of those years, with impunity of course. Any other man would have been court-martialled. But we'll just ignore that.

As a consequence of watching CNN almost constantly I know too much about this Democratic hooplah. It is pretty interesting though. All I have to say, if you're American... vote for Wesley Clark. Don't jump on the Kerry band wagon just because he's 'electable' or 'Presidential'. Have a reason when you vote, a viable one.

For the sake of the world get Bush out of there. He's too right wing, too religious, too corrupt. Bad combo.

While browsing other peoples blogs, I found myself in Dave's little world. Dave doesn't like me, or has lost what little respect he had for me to begin with... anyways I thought this was cool. So thanks Dave.

Where in the world have you been? Only 12 countries? I'm just getting started.

And then there is this. Which states have you been to? 19... that's 37% Hooray!
