LINK OF THE DAY : Good God Rednecks are scary!
When Envy breeds unkind division:
There comes the ruin, there begins confusion.
Cold and hard as stone, the old miser walked past the shop window. Glaring at it's contents as he treaded past. Cakes and biscuits were arrayed inside, any other person would be salivating. Not the old miser, he'd have grounds more relative than this.
Continuing down the lane way people cowered as he walked by. What had he done to earn such loathing and fear?
His destination lay before him. A monolithic brick structure, billowing smoke. Inside exhausted workers slaved day and night all in the name of industry and progress. The beast of a building stood out as the largest in industrial London.
Admiring what he had created the definition of Scrooge smiled. His stove pipe hat mirroring the smokestack of his factory. Who should take note of human suffering if it lead to deeper pockets?
The door of the factory flew open. Over coat billowing in the wind the potentate had arrived. The room seemed to shrink as he strode inside. Who here could challenge him? Who in this city would dare go against him? No one.
Hooray for Capitalism!!!
No, seriously capitalism rules!
This dude is my kind of guy! I will endeavour to emulate him in all aspects of my life.
One day, I too will run my business venture of choice with an iron fist. Crushing all those oppose me, and taking no prisoners. Oh yes, it'll be sweet!
Am I serious you ask? Would I pose that question if I weren't? Maybe... maybe not. I aim to confuse. :)
